So sad...

Have you ever seen anything so sad? Seriously, do your kids blankets look like ours? I think they have seen their day, however I will not throw them out until my kids say it is okay. I am taking that from childhood experience when my own blanket was thrown away as an attempt for me to stop sucking my fingers. And you know what, it didn't work, and I still hold that over my sweet dad's head, for throwing away my blankey!
(By the way, I did eventually stop sucking my fingers, I don't want you to wonder if I still might do that.)

Wow! That's love!

My kids never attached themselves to just one blanket, so none of them had too much wear.

Brianna, however, will probably have a binkie until after she's married.

I am AMAZED! I couldn't figure out at first what the top two pictures were! I thought that it had to be the most peculiar spill/carpet stain I had ever seen! Haha. That is a LOVED blankie!

Whats with dad's taking blankies away from their kids? Uncle Philip did that to a couple of our kids too. He's so mean! Mom's would never do that. :)

Monica,
I'm so glad you started blogging! Now I can keep up with your cute family. I've said this before but your kids are so cute!
We're still private(blog) but chek us out anytime.

All my kids have a blanket made by their Great Grandma Law and they love them. My mom has done numerous patch jobs to keep them alive. Is there any rule about taking your childhood blanket on your mission?

I think it's cute. My kids were each made a silkie blanket by their Great Grandma Law when they were born. My mom has done a lot of patching to keep them alive. Is there any rule about taking your blanket on your mission?

Sorry about the double comment!

well if you wouldn't give your kids a potato sack for a blanket, maybe they would last longer. Cuddly in a rough sort of way.
