Bart just completed his second marathon on Saturday and he is turning 31 on Tuesday. It is a big 4 days for the Barton D. I am proud of him for accomplishing another marathon, I think he is crazy, but I admire him for running and accomplishing such a great feat.
I was thinking about how we have a person with whom we fit with more than another. Over the years I have noticed people and their relationships and have thought, there is no way I would fit with that person, I am so glad I have Bart. I'm certain that Bart is the person that I fit best with and he with me. I'm sure the people I have witnessed feel the same way about their spouse, that they fit best with them, because they are all great people. But Bart is my fit, and I feel very lucky! I want to wish him a very Happy Birthday! I love you!

You guys are a good fit. I'm very impressed with Bart. I just ran a 10K and that abouth killed me and I'm 3 years younger than him. Way to go Bart!

Bart-you're crazy. I just can't understand why you and everyone else who tortures themself like that would want to torture yourselves like that. There are many other wonderful ways to inflict pain on oneself.

What a sweet post. I totally know what you mean about the whole thing of couples just "fitting". I feel that way with Kory (good thing I do). So how did your hubby like running the marathon in the rain?? The weather was horrible for it...and to think it hardly ever rains here too!
I admire Bart for running too! I would never find running of any kind appealling but know we all have different passions! Ty loves running and his kids enjoy running with him. Maybe Bart will have the kids running with him soon too?! :)
